Early, early Sunday morning, noone else awake in the house. Sounds like it'll be a windy, rainy day. Outside it's dark, nothing to see - I'd really wish it would come a little snow now...
Well - over to what I am here for (in the early morninghours); posting my latest christmascard :)
Totally Tilda has the theme Christmas, but NO reds, NO greens and NO blues - "exciting", I thought, "can I do that"
Magnolia Stamp Lovers latest challenge is also "Christmas", but with no restrictions on the colours, "but what about combining those two..."
- then I saw the challenge at Crafty Creations, wich is Kraft/ Brown, White/ Cream and one other colour, and an idea started in my head (love those moments!)
SO - I found papers, actually only Kraftcardstock and a Creamcoloured Bazzillcardstock.
I picked the Tilda I wanted to use, and the rest of the stash, and sat down.
Somewhere in all this I remembered the Treestamp from Magnolia I have, and figured that it would be nice to have in the background, so I stamped it upon the creamcoloured cardstock and started to cut it out!
Oh my, what a fiddly process!
But I think it turned out rather nice - with glitter on
(I L O V E glitter, especially around christmas)
I used dies from Spellbinders and Mariannedesign.
Most of the trees (all but one) and the sentimentdiecut are glued down to the cardstock, on the rest I used 3D-foampads, to give it a bit of depth.
I also distressed some of the paneledges.

I used a lot of different browncoloured ProMarkers, and the Blender, to get the brownshade as close to the Kraftcolour as possible.
So - here are the challenges where I'd love to play along with my Christmascard:
Totally Tilda - Christmas, but NO reds, NO greens, NO blues
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Christmas
Crafty Creations - Kraft/Brown, White/ Cream and one other colour

Thanks for this excellent article. One other thing is that nearly all digital cameras come equipped with a new zoom lens that enables more or less of that scene to get included by simply 'zooming' in and out. These kind of changes in target length are generally reflected inside viewfinder and on significant display screen on the back of the exact camera.
