I'm so sorry I'm late with my DT-entry for the new challenge at

I got big trouble with my computer, so big that in the end I ended up on a borrowed one...

But here I am, with my inspirational entry for My Besties International

For this challenge I have made a giftbag. I usede the 3D image "Christmas Peppermint" for the image on the paperbag.

I used several dies, a punch, ribbon and of course doilies to decorate the paperbag. DPs are from MajaDesign.

Snowflakes @ My Besties International

Hello, and welcome to my little space.
I’m here to show you my card for the new challenge over at
My Besties International

This challenge has the theme
Snowflakes

I hope that I can inspire you to join our challenge,
there’ll be great prizes for the winners as well.

I have made a christmas card for this challenge - and of course I’ve put on lots of snowflakes.
I simply love my Snowflake dies and punches.

I have used Sherri Baldys supercute image IMG4462 on my card.

DPs on the card are from Papirdesign. I put cheesecloth and laces between all paperlayers. The bow is tied of seambindingribbon, and the little pin attached to it is «made by me». There’s also a silvercoloured snowflakecharm attached to the bow.
The stamped text is from Kort & Godt. In the middle of most of the snowflakes I put white halfpearls.
-Of course the cardstock- and paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain…I don’t feel the card is «finished» without inked paperedges…

This is my Christmas plus Music card.
The music on the card is made with stamps and dies.
DPs are from Authentique. I think this papercollection works so great with Bazzills Kraft cardstock, so I had to make the «Winter Wonderland» out of it, using several snowflake dies and Glitterstickles (Frosted Lace).
Underneath the image I put some cheesecloth and a piece of lace.
The poinsettiaflowers in the corner of the image have got a touch of DistressInk WalnutStain (as have all paperedges), before I glittered them.

I have made a giftbag for this challenge too - well, it’s not long untill christmas and I have started preparing the gifts…
On the giftbag I’ve used the image

I have coloured the image with Promarkers, and put on a little glitter on the «furry» details of the clothing.

The giftbag is made of Bazzill Kraft Cardstock, and is decorated with DPs from MajaDesign (Isn’t «Majapapers» great with My Besties-images?!?)
Other decorations are: Die cuts, Lace, Cheesecloth, a Flower, 2 little goldballs, some spices (cinnamonsticks and cloves) and a ribbon to close the giftbag.
-And of course I’ve inked all paperedges - I don’t think it feels finished without doing that…

Shabby Chic @ My Besties International

Good Morning friends, followers and fellow crafters!
Oh, am I glad this weekend is over!
Arranging a flea market is really hard work!
But it was worth it! All expences paid we neared 50.000,- NKr!
Isn’t that great???

The youths and I have a little bit of tidying to do later today, but most of the work is done, and everybody seems to be happy. 

And today it’s time for a new challenge over @

With Wonderful Prizes for the Lucky Winners

The theme for this challenge is

Shabby Chic

I started making my Giftbag with a clear, Shabby Chic idea in my head…

…somehow it turned out more like, what I would call Vintage Shabby Chic…
I just took a brown paperbag, measured DPs to fit it. Then I ran several of my dies through my die cutting machine. The die cuts are inked and «dipped in» white Gesso before they’re attached to the paperbag.
On the die cut «arrangement» I also put the image.
Looking closely you’ll see a little string of twine hanging down from the tag tucked under the die cut panel…

I’ve used the image called IMG0004, from Sherri Baldy.

I have made a set with a christmascard and a gift-tag.
The card and tag are put into a cellophane envelope, for the envelope I made a header decorated the same way as the card and tag.
I’ve used IMG384 on all parts of the set.
This time I wanted to use blue, grey and white colours. Mostly because I «needed» to use that silvergrey lace - ever felt it like that; you find one thing that you just have to use, the work everything around that single item???

Sometimes familymatters just have to come first...
But, anyway, here's my posting with my project for the new challenge over at

My Besties International 

and as always there are wonderful prizes

The theme for this challenge is

Use a Tag

So make a tag, or use a tag on a card or whatever you’re project 

For this challenge I’ve made a little «Chocolate-Card-Gift-Tag». 

I have made several Chocolate Cards over the years, after the tutorial from Marianne at Mariannes Papirverden. Her tutorial is for the 100g chocolates. I’ve also made some for the bigger chocolates (200g). Whilst making some of the latest chocolate cards, I’ve been thinking that one could make for the smallest chocolatebars as well. 

So I sat down with paper, pencil, ruler and eraser, and started measuring the little chocolatebar. 

I'll put in a picture tutorial with the measurements for the little chocolatebar here in a few days.

I made the tag base out of kraft cardstock. DPs are from Majadesign. To decorate the tag I put together some spices and a little lace, and put a pink, little halfpearl in the corner.

Inside the "tag" there's place for the smallest sized milkchocolate bar. I stamped a little greeting inside. An organzaribbon i fastened underneath the DPs, to close the tag.

On the back "To - From" is stamped on. Here you also can see the eyelet where I put the twine through:

I have used IMG938 on a birthdaycard. The image is coloured with ProMarkers. Inside, the card has place for a giftcard or money.
I’ve usede Bazzill cardstock, DPs from Majadesign and Papirdesign.
To decorate i used Cheesecloth, Lace, Flowers, Seambindingribbon, a drinkingstraw (one of those made of paper), little rhinestones, a pearl and ribbons. Cardstock- and paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.
Inside I also used Spellbinders Labels Four panels and a stamped greetingtext from Norsk Stempelblad AS.
