Anything Goes with Tilda at Fashionista Challenge

Hello again!
It´s the 3. and final week to enter the
Anything Goes Challenge
at
If you haven´t joined us yet, you still have this week to do it :)

Fashionista Challenge has a few changes, as well as a DT-call,
so make sure you read about the changes
It´s SOoo EXCITING!

Just in time for this challenge I was lucky enough to get my hands on this, long-wanted, magnoliaimage. Of course I had to use her! She´s coloured with DistressInks, and around the image I put on Chunky White Embossing Enamel. On the snowflake (Sizzix-die) I used Glitterstickles.
The tags are all made with Magnolia DooHickeys.
Below the image I used my quite new La la land banner-die.
The imagepanel is sewn onto a panel cut with Spellbinders Petite Scalloped Circles Large die.
Underneath it I put a lace and some cheesecloth.
The other panels are also sewn together.
The bow is tied with cheesecloth, and a charm is attached to it.
I´ve also put a tag onto the lace I put on one of the tags.
And of course the paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.

Find your stamps, papers and scissors and join us for the

Have fun :)

My Besties Blue Christmascard

Good morning :)
Just a quick post this morning, to show one of the latest cards I´ve made. A christmascard, with a beautiful image from Sherri Baldys My Besties.
You can find this image and many, many more here.
I used Pro- and FlexMarkers to colour it, and Chunky White Embossing Enamel around the image. The snow and snowflakes are glittered with Glitterstickles and Glitterpowder.
I´ve mainly used papers from Papirdesign.
The dies are Magnolias and Sizzix, I´ve also used punches from ek, Tonic and Martha Stewart.
The paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain on this card too ;)

Wedding BookCard

Now the wedding is over, and I can show you the bookcard I made.
Shabby/ vintage, creamy colours, laces and bling I guess must be the key-words for it.
Both papers, image, laces and embellishments are thinkgs I´ve had in my drawers for ages, just waiting for the right project :)
(I rarely throw away anything, You´ll never know when you can use "that" piece of scrap-paper…)

Bookcards take a little more time making, so they´re most for special occasions - like weddings.
I use heavyweight aquarellepaper for the insidebox, and cardbox-cardstock for the covering. Tehn I decorate with yummi papers and embellishments - my favourite part of the making :)
I stamped a weddingpoem and attached to the inside.

I also made a tag that fits into the "box".
This one also has a stamped little poem, and on the back it has a blank panel, for a personal greeting. The bow on the tag is meant to be tied around some rolled-up money. I just used a piece of rolled paper here, to show "the idea".
(After decorating the front side of the tag, I punched two tiny holes to put the ribbon through.
Then I decorated the back of the tag, so the ribbon doesn´t show there)
The next pictures show the book from different angles.

I´ll enter the following challenges:
Vintage Udfordring #66 - Lag et kort hvor du bruker en bretteteknikk
Card and Scrap #61 - Vintage/ Shabby Chic

"Frosty the Snowman" - A Christmascard

Good Morning Girls

I´ve done a little Magnolia-colouring again.
I`ve kind of missed these little cuties, so when I got my hands on this, long time wanted, snowman, I just had to put him on a christmascard...
He´s coloured with distress reinkers and -markers.
I used a little glitterstickles (frosted lace) on the snowflake he´s holding.
Around the image I put on som Chunky White Embossing Enamel.
Luckily it´s that time of year when I can make cards and projects with snowflakes again
- i LOVE snowflakes!
There´s also a little snowflakecharm attached to the bow :)
The snowflakes and trees (Magnolia DooHickeys) have also got a little touch of the glitterstickles.
The papers are from MajaDesign and Papirdesign, as you can see the panels are sewn together.
All papers, and the trees, are lightly brushed over with DistressInk (WalnutStain).
Inside (and backside) I used the same papers. I stamped on a christmasgreeting from Kort & Godt on the left inside.

I´ll join these challenges:
Totally Gorjuss #201 - Stripes
Papertake Weekly - Make It Sparkle
Creative Card Crew #45 - Christmas
Challenges 4 Everybody #29 - Anything Goes

Magnificent Men at Ooh La La

Hi Again!
We have a new challenge at
today.
This time I have chosen the theme - a rather difficult one
Magnificent Men
I find cards for men quite difficult to make; what can I use to decorate with, how much can I decorate it,   even the folding sometimes is hard to figure out…So I hope many, many of you join the challenge, to share ideas for your masculine cards.
No - it doesn´t have to be cards for a hero or a kind of superman, just for those everyday-men who also deserves a card for a birthday, a fathers day or simply to say "thank you"…

This is a foldingtechnique I´ve used for many of the masculine cards I´ve made.
Inside there´s a "pocket" that gives space for either money or a giftcard (for what do I buy for a man???)
I´ve used papers from OLL and an Elvis-image I found on the internet a long time ago. I saved it, ´cause I knew that someday I´d use it - and isn´t it just perfect with these papers?!

For more inspiration and wonderful creations, visit Ooh La La, to see what the rest of the girls have come up with :)

I´ll enter these challenges:
Love To Create #83 - Clean N Simple
Crafty Catz #198 - Mens/ Boys Cards
Totally Papercrafts #184 - Birthday Boys
Let´s Craft and Create #78 - Black & White

Pearls & Swirls

It´s time for a new challenge over at
Ooh La La Creations Challenges
for the next fortnight the theme is
Pearls & Swirls
-how fun is that!
For that theme I just had to use this beautiful image "Angel of Divinity",
from the Christmas Presence CD
Of course I used the coordinating papers too…
(You can find lots of CDs and different embellishments in the On Line Craft Shop).
The folding of this card is very inspired from a card I got from Maja a little while ago.
(I´ve already made another card with the same folding…)
The text on the insidecard is the christmascarol "Deilig er jorden" (Fairest Lord Jesus), a stamp from Kort & Godt I bought years ago, and still love to use on my christmascards - maybe because this is the christmascarol I love the most…
On the image I used Shabby Blue Embossing Enamel and GlitterStickles StarDust. Over the swirls (Joy!Crafts Die) and the Poinsettia (Magnolia DooHickey) I put on some Shabby White Embossing Enamel. (I put on some of that stuff on the insidecard too).
The pearl/bling-swirls are really, really old stash from my drawer, but sooo cute :)
To finish it off I put on a bow (Glimmermistcoloured Seambindingribbon) with an angelcharm attached.

You do not have to make a christmascard for this challenge
 - the theme is
Pearls & Swirls
which sure can be used on most any card,
so come on and join us!
You´ll find lots and lots of inspiration at
OLLCB
Pop over to see…

My Besties
You may already have guessed the theme;
yes, it is
Main Color Pink

I used Distress ReInkers to colour this image - have to try it now and then…
The papers, apart from the Bazzill cardstock, are from Melissa Frances, the C´est la Vie-collection
I just got my hands on two dies from La La Land (the banner and the heart-border), and had to use them both right away :D

Here´s the insides - pink here too:
