Girly Birthday-Giftbag with Pink Polkadots

It's Friday and we have a new challenge for you over at Fussy and Fancy.
This time we want to see Polka Dots - the DOTS can be on your paper, ribbons, buttons, flowers, images - wherever :D
I have made (what I think is) a really girly giftbag - with the dots on the papers (from Panduro), and on the ribbons (Panduro those too).
For the panel behind the image (SugarNellie) and the tags I used my brand new Spellbinderdie - have a feeling it may become a favourite for a while...
I've kept everything in pink shades here (It IS for a GIRL!).
The backside of the bag is made using the same sketch (Sunday Sketch & Stamp). Here I've stamped on a simple greeting (this stamp came with a magazine a long time ago, and I really like it).
Now - click over to Fussy and Fancy, to check out and join our new challenge :D

I'll also enter my Pink Girly Giftbag into these challenges:
Sunday Sketch & Stamp - Donnas Sketch
Crazy4Challenges - A Child's Birthday Card
Stamptaular Sunday - Seeing Spots
Simon Says Stamp! - Anything Goes
Little Darlings - Polka Dots
DYSU - Ribbons
Charisma Cardz - Pretty in Pink
Scrap'a'Long - Anything Goes

Telescoping Birthdaycard with Animal Print

Good Morning, friends and visitors :D
Here's a little card I've made for Fussy and Fancy's Challenge #53 "Happy Birthday to Us/ Use an Animal Print". This challenge is now into its second (last) week, so hurry in and join us!

I made my card as a Telescoping Card. I've seen these cards around, and think they are so cute, so I was really happy when I found a very easy-to-follow tutorial at Splitcoaststampers.
The papers came free with a magazine a while ago - very often I find free papers very thin, but these were of quite a heavyweight quality - I LIKE that, AND I like the prints and images on the papers, sooo cute!
I've even blown some dust off my brads - seem to forget to use them anymore :(
I used Spellbinders' Petite Scalloped Circle Large for the cardstockcirkles, and of course here is a litlle touch of glitter. The pearls around the frontimage is made of Liquid Pearls (White Opal).

And look: I've made a matching envelope for the card :D
I love my Martha Stewart Scoreboard!

Here's the challenges I'll enter:
Scrappekammeret - Bursdag (Birthday)
Critter Sketch Challenge Blog - Celebration
The Paper Shelter - Anything Goes
Kaboodle Doodles - Let's Celebrate

Now; come on in to Fuzzy and Fancy Friday Challenge, to see what the rest of the DT have made for your inspiration, and to join this challenge.

Fussy and Fancy Sketch Challenge

I've had some days off from work, and have tried a few new things here in my blog - I hope you like the new colours. I haven't dared to make it into a three-column-blog yet, but I've figured out a lot of new things here, so maybe one day... :s

For Fussy and Fancy Fridays Challenge # 44, A SKetch, I've made this bookcard.
I really hope you'll be inspired enough to join us on this challenge, hop on in there and see what the rest of the DT have made out of the sketch . . .
I used 200 and 250 g aquarellepapers for the book, then decorated it wit DPs from 3ndyPapir. All edges are very, very lightly distressed.
I used a stampimage from Magnolia which I, of course, coloured with ProMarkers.
I'm quite pleased with the colouring on this Tilda - I'm not sure if it shows properly here, but Tildas dress and hairband has a very soft greentone. (I've started to figure out how the Blender works :0)
The picture below shows the book from a different angle (easyer to see that it is a "book")...
I've used papers from 3ndyPapir on the inside too.
I've also made a tag that fits into the book.
The tag has the same kind of butterfly that I used on the outside, it's made with a Martha Stewart Punch.

Again; I hope you'll join in on the sketchchallenge at Fussy and Fancy Friday

I'll enter my bookcard into these challenges, and hope they - and you - will like it :
StampARTic - Shabby Chic
KB Cute Monday - Include a Butterfly
I Love ProMarkers - Anything Goes
Charisma Cardz - Anything Goes
The Paper Shelter - Anything Goes

Lots of Embellishments

Are you, like me, one of those who love embellishments of all kind, the ongoing challenge at Fussy and Fancy Friday will be just the right challenge for you :)
The challenge is to "Use a Lot" - 3 or more of your favourite embellishment.
(-and yes, you're right, there are 2 challenges going on at Fussy and Fancy right now :D)

I couldn't quite choose what embellishments to use, but ended up with my all time favourite; roses, and one of those I more recently discovered; halfbeads. I used 4 roses and many, many beads, of various sizes. And of course I added a few more embellies, like ribbons and pearls...
Can you see that I've tied ribbons in Tildas hair(they are tied, not just glued down!) - I just couldn't resist it :)
-and guess what I used to colour Tilda; ProMarkers of course! :)
This picture shows the inside of the card.

The DPs are from Papirdesign and from Magnolia.
Stampimage is also from Magnolia, and the textstamps are from Norsk Stempelblad.
The panels are made using Spellbinders Labels Four.
All edges are distressed.

I'll try my luck in these challenges with my embellished card in pink:
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Flowers
Catch the Bug - Distressed/ Shabby Chic
Marks Finest Papers - Distressed Card
Paper Playtime - Anything Goes
