 Good Wednesday Morning

And it seems as it can be a wonderful Wednesdayday at Røst. Yesterday, even earlier this morning, the fog was laying thick, thick, thick over the island, but now it's almost gone. The sun is shining, the wind has calmed (not completely calm, though), and the temperature is rising - lovely!

Well, I didn't come here to write a weather report...

For my card I've used the lovely Angelica In Flight digi from Make it Crafty.

Of course I've used my ProMarkers to colour the image.

My card is in what I like to call a kind of "shabby-vintage" style...

The paperedges are very lightly distressed before I inked them with DistressInk WalnutStain. 

The flowers were white, but I gave them a little inkbrush as well, then a little glittertouch - love a little glitter...

The imagepanel is attached to the card with 3D-tape, so there's place to tuck a little tag underneath it:

Confirmationcard

I'm making confirmationcards most of the time these days. This is one of the latest I've made.
Isn't this digi-stamp, bought from Make it Crafty, just georgeous! I love the joy and happiness in this image.
Of course I've used my ProMarkers to colour it. I also put a little glitter in her hair, don't know if it shows if the picture is enlarged...
The butterflies (Martha Stewart punch) and the flowers have also got a little glitter on.
The flowers with Stickles Diamon and the butterflies are misted (Glimmermist Dazzling Diamonds).
I put on some pink halfbeads and som teeny-tiny pearls made with Liquid Pearls.
The papers are all from Papirdesign, with distressed edges.

Inside the card I stamped a greeting (Papirdesign), and made a pocket to make room for a tag. 

The greeting on the tag is a rub-on I wrote on the PC and printed on Digi-Decal Rub-On-paper. A lot easier than finding the right place on the paper to print out the text...
