Floral Frenzy at My Besties

Good morning crafters!
We have a brand new challenge for you today at
First of all I have to congratulate the winners of last weeks challenge, and thanks to all who joined us.
I hope many, many of you will join us this week too, for our
It is so fun to use flowers! And most all kind of flowers go with these lovely images, don't you think?
I had big difficulties deciding what kind of flowers to use on my pocketcard, but as I chose the DP with roses I played safe and went for roses (and a few lilies).
The Dp is one I've had for ages, it wasn't marked in any way, so I really don't know where I've got it.
I feel I stepped a bit out of my comfortzone with these colours, but it was actually quite fun to try something a little different (List of ProMarker-colours further down)
The card is made as a pocketcard, with a (quite big) card inside the pocket, to give plenty of space to write.

To colour the image I used ProMarkers:
Skin: Ivory, Dusky Pink, Sunkissed Pink, Tan
Hair: Tan, Saffron, Buttercup
Clothes: Coral, Oatmeal, Peach, Grey Green, Tea Green
Other details: Pear Green, Warm Grey 1, Blender

Supplies for the card:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Ink: DistressInk WalnutStain
Dies: Spellbinders, Marianne Design, Magnolia
Martha Stewart Leafpunch
Embellishments: Flowers (roses and lilies), Halfpearls, seambindingribbon (coloured with Teagreen ProMarker), halfpearls, heartcharm, glitterstickles (on the flowers), cheesecloth

I'll play along in these challenges:

  21. Thanks for the a new challenge you have discovered in your short article. One thing I want to touch upon is that FSBO interactions are built after a while. By bringing out yourself to the owners the first end of the week their FSBO can be announced, prior to masses start off calling on Friday, you build a good interconnection. By sending them equipment, educational resources, free accounts, and forms, you become a great ally. Through a personal fascination with them along with their predicament, you build a solid relationship that, on many occasions, pays off if the owners decide to go with an adviser they know along with trust - preferably you.
