Today I have finished a new card - a nautical-inspired card.This Tilda was the only "nautical" image I had brought on holiday, so I didn't have much to choose from...
The tag is made with my brand new Marianne-die - bought yesterday...
(actually these papers were a bit thick for this die, but running it through the machine several times made it almost perfect)
All panels are distressed, and the tag is tucked under the imagepanel, and can easily be pulled out by the raffiaribbon.
The backingpaper here (from Maja Design) has such a lovely text at the bottom line (the part I normally cut away on papers), that I had to use it...As you can see the edges are quite heavily distressed - I had to do that to make as much as possible of the text show :)
...for the backside I drew and cut out this image, to fit the theme...My Nautical card will go into these challenges:
