Today I’m here to show you my DT card for this weeks challenge over at
I ❤️ ProMarkers

This time with the challenge theme

My project for the Fancy Fold Challenge is a Magic Card. I think this is suchan elegant way to fold a card. Easy is it too.
DPs are from Papirdesign. To decorate the card I used only a swirldie (My Favorite Thing), a poinsettiadie (Magnolia DooHickey), lace, seambindingribbon, twine, 2 little bells and a little brad (in the middle of the poinsettia)
I inked all paperedges - the greetingpaper-roll and the poinsettia too). On the poinsettia I sprayed a good layer of Glimmermist (Dazzling Diamonds).
The sides on th card is punched with Martha Stewart Vintage Floral edge punch.

The greeting on the front of the card is stamped onto a rolled paper. The greeting doesn’t show completely before the paper is rolled out.

Inside. The stamped greeting is from Papirdesign.

I’m still not quite sure wether to put on a sentiment on the back, or not… Think I’ll wait a little while, so I don’t do it and regret it all time after…

Photo Inspiration @ Inky Chicks

Hello again friends, followers and fellow crafters.
Tonight we start the new challenge at
Inky Chicks

This fortnight we have a picture to inspire you.

I found inspiration in the colours. Mainly the turquoise-ish coloured eye.
I made a little giftbag, after a tutorial in the latest issue of the magazine Ett Trykk.
 The image on the giftbag is one of Sherri Baldys My Besties.
It’s coloured with ProMarkers.
I was really surprised to see how much turquoise stash I had in my boxes and drawers…(but looking around in my room, I think I may have the stash to meet most any challenge).
The giftbag is made out of Bazzill Kraft cardstock, which I think worked quite well with the turquoise and white, and that it fitted the inspiration picture as well.
Behind the image I put on an embossed panel.
Both the embossing and the paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.

- it's coloured with ProMarkers.
DPs are from Authentique. To decorate the card I used several knots, onto two of them I tied charms.
(As I’m not good tying knots like this, I had to call in my son to get a little help…)

I also used some perals, rhinestones and some diecuts( (lighthouse and seashells).
The stamped text inside is from Kort & Godt.

Back To School @ My Besties Norge

Hi again
I almost forgot that there's a new challenge at
My Besties Norge
today too.

The challenge theme here is
Back To School

I have decorated a book. I used DPs from Papirdesign, with a beautiful map print. I think Hedda, who is genuine interested in maps and countries will get this book when school begins later this month. That's also the reason for the purple and pink colours on the image, as purples are her favourite colours.
The image is My Besties IMG804.
The cutouts are also from a DP from Papirdesign. Other embellishments used are seambindingribbon with a little bookcharm attached, lace, ribbons with numberprints and a paperclip with a ribbon tied on (that one I "stole" from Heddas desk...)

Bling and/ or Pearls @ Storyteller

Good Morning
on this beautiful First Sunday in August

It’s time for a new challenge over at
Storyteller

The Challenge Theme for this one is

I love both Bling and Pearls, and hope you do too.
I started by colouring my image and found the things I’d use to make and decorate the card:

Punches: Martha Stewart Vintage Floral PATP-sett, Marvy Uchida corner rounder
Glimmermist (Tattered Rose), Glitterstickles (Crystal, Diamond),  Frantage Aged Rose, Seambindingribbon, Twine, Lace, Button and Homemade Pin.
* I started cutting, punching and tried to place the different parts to see how they worked together, but couldn’t find how I really wanted the card to look like… After moving the pieces around for some time, and trying different embellishmens around, I found I needed I little coffee - and some chocolate.
That helped, a little while later I had it all figured out…

Here’s how the card turned out:

Thought I’d put on a few rhinestones around the stamped greeting inside, but got a little carried away…

The greeting inside is made with a stamptext from one of Storytellers brand new stampsets.
This set has greetings for most any occasions; Wedding, Birthday, Baby, Confirmation, Christmas gifttag (To - From) - A perfect stampset to start with, or if you need to bring with you stamps to meetings or on a travel… I really like this set!

For this challenge I turned a little Paperbag into a kind of pocketcard.
I used the image Besties Fancy Pants 74, from Sherri Baldy, on my card.
Of course I put on lots of ribbons. At the bottom of it I attached my pink pom pom ribbons, bought years back, but never used… The green velvetribbons are also goodies from way back.
Around the image I put on some Frantage Shabby White. You’ll find the colourlist further down.

I think the stamp/ dies-set I used on the back is so cool, it’s from Marianne Design:

I’m back with another Papergiftbag.
This one for the challenge over at

This weeks challengetheme is
Monochrome

I’ve chosen shades of brown for my Monochromatic project.
I think the DP is from FarmHouse, so is the cut out postcard. On the postcard I distressed the edges before I inked them with DistressInk WalnutStain - of course all other paperedges are inked too.
Dies used on the flap are from Spellbinders and Cheery Lynne.
I also used  a Martha Stewart edgepunch on the DP on the closingflap.
I’ve used one of Sherri Baldys My Besties images on the paperbag. This one is called IMG028 2
It’s coloured with Pro- and FlexMarkers (see list of colours further down).

I have used the stamp called Fairy Magic for my project.
I wanted to make a papergiftbag, for this week challenge.
I coloured my image with ProMarkers and Glitterstickles (Glitterstickles on the butterflies and on the fairies wings).

DPs are from Pion, with inked edges (DistressInk WalnutStain). The backingpaper, behind the imagepanel, is a glittercardstock - thought it would look nice with glitteredges around the fairyimage...

On the butterflies (dies from Cheery Lynne) I used Glitterstickles.

On the back of the bag I used a greetingstamp from one of Storytellers new stampsets
