Pearls and Swirls @ I ❤️ ProMarkers

I’m sorry I’m a bit late with todays post - I stayed up too late last night, doing «christmassy things», and had completely forgot to push «plan» on this blogpost, so when I slept too long today, my post didn’t go live…
But here it is, and I hope you like it.

For my DT-entry this week I’ve made a Tag.
The tag is tied onto a bag of «Chocolate-Snowballs», homemade little, white chocolateballs, that my family think is delicious. And I think this image (from Stitchy Bear) is just perfect for thos purpose.
I’ve used old DPs from Ladybug and Friends. T decorate I used several dies, a little bit of silvercoloured lace, some pearlswirls and -strings, and some halfpearls and blingstones of course.
Paperedges are distressed and inked.
Then I used a bit of string to tie the tag onto the bag.
The image is, of course coloured with ProMarkers, the snowman and his snowballs have got some Glitterstickles on as well.

Good Morning all Crafty Friends and Followers.
Sunday, 2. sunday of advent, and it’s starting to look a little like christmas around here - but still I have lots to do; cleaning, baking, wrapping, decorating… But most of those things are just nice things to do - even the cleaning before christmas is SO much cozier to do than it is the rest of the year!

Today I have 2 blogposts coming. This first one is for the new challenge over at

This challenge will last for 4 weeks, so you’ll have lots of time to join in.

For this challenge I’ve made the wrapping for a box of chocolate. The chocolates are called Mokkabønner, and are coffeeflavoured, coffeebeanshaped little chocolates - REALLY GOOD!

Sometimes familymatters just have to come first...
But, anyway, here's my posting with my project for the new challenge over at

The theme for this challenge is

Use a Tag

So make a tag, or use a tag on a card or whatever you’re project 

For this challenge I’ve made a little «Chocolate-Card-Gift-Tag». 

I have made several Chocolate Cards over the years, after the tutorial from Marianne at Mariannes Papirverden. Her tutorial is for the 100g chocolates. I’ve also made some for the bigger chocolates (200g). Whilst making some of the latest chocolate cards, I’ve been thinking that one could make for the smallest chocolatebars as well. 

So I sat down with paper, pencil, ruler and eraser, and started measuring the little chocolatebar. 

I'll put in a picture tutorial with the measurements for the little chocolatebar here in a few days.

I made the tag base out of kraft cardstock. DPs are from Majadesign. To decorate the tag I put together some spices and a little lace, and put a pink, little halfpearl in the corner.

Inside the "tag" there's place for the smallest sized milkchocolate bar. I stamped a little greeting inside. An organzaribbon i fastened underneath the DPs, to close the tag.

On the back "To - From" is stamped on. Here you also can see the eyelet where I put the twine through:

Leaves @ Storyteller

Good Sunday Morning All Crafters
We´ve had snow during the night! Not much, just a thin, thin layer, but it is sooo beautiful! 

I´m here to show you my DT-card for the new challenge over at
Storyteller
For the next fortnight the theme is
Blader 
(Leaves)

This might be the first time I make a card without using an image, stamped or printed.
I wanted the text to be the focalpoint on the card
(not quite sure I managed it completely with all the leaves around…)
The DP is from Laura Ashley
Flowers are from Kort & Godt
The leaves are made with a die from Spellbinders Foliage set
I’m not sure who’s the producer of the dies I stamped the text upon, but if you know, I hope you’ll let me know)
Textstamps and pearls are from Storyteller.

All paperedges are inked with DistressInk OldPaper and WalnutStain.

Inside I made a little pocket to put a little chocolate into
(after taking the pictures I put a panel onto the right side of the inside, using the same die as on front (the biggest)

Colour Combo of Red and Green at I ❤️ ProMarkers

 Good Morning, and welcome to my entry for

I ❤️ ProMarkers

new challenge.

This weeks challenge is a 

Colour Combo Challenge, the colours we want to see is

RED and Green

Isn´t that perfect colours for a christmasproject???

To me these two colours are the ultimate christmascolours!

I chose to make another giftbagthing, this time for a bag of chocolates (Twist)

-it is so easy to make! 

I used some really, really old papers. Some of those I´ve had laying around for years, been looking at once in a while and wondered what on earth will I use them for - and why did I ever buy them??? Now I´m quite happy I did, and that I hadn´t thrown them away. I think they were just perfect for this project!

The little bow is made from a little ribbonpiece that was in the category «too long to throw, but I 

don´t know what to use it for» (I have a big box of those…)

On topp of the giftbag I used a Spellbindersdies to cut a hole, to put the top of the chocolatebag through. Then I tied a big, red bow onto it, and - finished 😊

The image is from The Paper Shelter, and called «An Unexpected Meeting». Of course it´s coloured with ProMarkers (list below the picture). Around the image I sprinkled on some Chunky White Embossing Enamel, an a little Shabby Green Embossing Enamel.

Edges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.

Use Multiple Layers at My Besties US

Good Monday Morning, girls
I´m so excited to show this «giftbag» I made for the new challenge at
My Besties
This challenge is called
Use Multiple Layers
and as you can see I´ve put together several layers of cardstock and papers, with decorations both between the layers and on top of it, so the bag is quite heavy in itself…
This is all my own design. I haven´t seen it anywhere before!
I hope you´ll like it.

The giftbag is designed to cover a bag of marzipan
(I ❤️ marzipan!)
The image, Christmas Bestie img A42, is coloured with ProMarkers and put on a tag that is attached to the bag. Around the image I put on some Aged Copper Embossing Enamel.
The papers are from Papirdesign.
The poinsettia is made with Magnolia DooHickeya and the Holly underneath it is made with a dies from Marianne Design.
All paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.
The little cutout tabs and the sentiment are from Papirdesigns  last years christmaspapers.

Chocolatebox for Christmas

Good morning fellow crafters on this beautiful (yet windy) Tuesday morning :)

I´ve kind of missed my Magnolias a little lately, so I found I had to colour one of the little cuties, and make something nice of it. I love christmas and I love chocolate, a perfect combination for me (lol), so I made a little chocolate box.

This box will hold Freia Melkehjerter. 

I may have gone a little wild in glitter, but I think it´s so nice when it´s sparkling. All trees, snowflakes, the fence and the poinsettia are well glittered :) In the middle of the snowflakes I put a little rhinestone too, for even more sparkle…
It does´t show well here, but around the image I used the chunky white embossing enamel (from Stampendous). I think I´ve said it before; I love the effect of this embossing stuff!
The image is attached with 3D-foamtape, to give a little space behind, where I put a "tag" with a christmas sentiment on. The "Tag" is actually a doily made with a Magnolia die. On the back it has a stamped snowflake (picture further down).

Yellow Giftbag

Hello again, fellow cardmakers!

The last weeks have been oh-so busy, but now I'm back. Back to colouring, cardmaking, playing with lovely papers and embellishments - It is SO good!

Today I'll show you a giftbag I've made during this busy days - have to do a little crafting, in between, to keep sane...

The image, one of Sherri Baldy's My Besties - isn't it just adorable? - is coloured with Pro-and FlexMarkers.

The designpapers are really old, so I have no idea of the brand or where I bought it.

The paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.

I used a Spellbinders dies and a Magnolia DooHickey dies, two Martha Stewart punches (Lace Heart edge punch and the leaf).

I used flowershaped buttons to make the bags closing. Then I put on some lace, flowers, twine, halfpearls and a ribbon.

The text (Nyt livet - spis sjokolade. "Enjoy life - eat chocolate") is from Storyteller. Of course the bag is supposed to contain a little chocolategift :)

Wintercoloured ChocolateCard

It is true! A little attention and positive feedback on our creative work really makes the creativity flow!

I'm bubbling with creativity now!

And, I've been thinking about it now; I have to be much better commenting other, fellow crafters work!

Well, on to my latest finished project:

I have made another chocolatecard, this time with a winterdressed Tilda and winterlike decorated.

The DP is from Little Yellow Bicycle - really cute, isn't it???

The image is coloured with DistressMarkers and -reinkers.

I masked the image when I inked the background and sprayed some Glimmermist on it.

All paperedges are inked with DistressInk Gathered Twigs.

The dies used are Magnolia DooHickeys (the tag and the trees), the Swirls are from My Favourite Things.

The Snowflakes are cut with a Tonicpunch, and have got rhinestones in the centers.

Other things used are cheesecloth, laces, ribbon, charm (snowflake), teenytiny white halfbeads (around the image) and a pin (I have put an end on the pin after taking the picture, when I noticed that I'd forgotten it (noticed it the hard way...)

Here's the inside, with place for a chocolatebar (a "Firkløver" would fit perfect, both in size and colours).

I used the back of the DP on one of the insides.

To close the "card" I've put magnets under the DPs.

Good evening to you all.

I'm still over myself with joy after some of my cardprojects made with Ooh La La Creations latest CD "Yesterdays Memories" were shown at Create and Craft TV earlier today - isn't that the greatest?!!?

And I was able to see it on my Ipad - one just have to love these new "I-things"...

To calm down after the show, I sat down to finish this chocolatecard.

I've used papers from Pion, in purplepinkish and browntones. The cardstock (Bazzill) is a strange greypurpletone, that I found could go with these papers. 

The Magnoliaimage is coloured with DistressMarkers and -reinkers.

On the edge I used the Martha Stewart Heart Chain edge punch.

Under the image I put two labels from a Pionpaper. I also used a Magnolia DooHickey Tag, some cheesecloth, lace, flowers, quite a few pink rhinestones. 

On the Spellbinderslabel and the cheesecloth I sprayed a little Glimmermist (Vintage Pink).

The tiny little hearts (glued on the flowerwires) have got a layer of Glitterstickles (Cotton Candy).

The sentiment Takk ("Thank You") is a stamp from Stempelglede.

Kreativ Hobby 1

 Kreativ Hobby has been celebrating World Cardmaking Day this weekend, with not less than 3 challenges! I have been celebrating with them, and have had not just one, but two cardmakingdays! Wonderful days :D

So, all I have to do now is to post what I've made - if things work out the way they should here will come three blogpost in, hopefully, quite a short time.

But first things first...

 

Their first challenge was a sketch challenge.

I've had these Toffefee-boxes (the bigger ones, with 24 pieces) for a while now, waiting for some decorations, so for this challenge I found I just had to do it. I used Pions old christmaspapers (have to use them now, so I can buy the new collection). The picture is from Papirdesign, and the stamps are from Kreativ Hobby.

All edges are distressed (DistressInk WalnutStain). I used a punch and a DooHickey to make the snowflakes. In the middle of the snowflakes I put a little rhinestone.

Easter Chocolate Egg Box

I have decorated an eastereggbox.
(The chocolateggs are still unopened - fantastic!)
On a short trip to Bodø las week I was at Panduro, and found this beautiful stampimage, begging me to take it home... Isn't she a cutie (or is it a "he"...)
(The week before I was there to, I then went to the Papirdesignshop where I found a lot of goodies, both dies, stamps, flowers, papers - you name it :)

I thought it would be smart to use yellow Bazzill Bling as background taking the photo (it's easter, right!) - I now see it wasn't that smart at all, the colours on the stampimage kind of disappeared...

I've coloured the stampimage with ProMarkers.
All of the flowers were white, the purple are sprayed with Glimmermist "Fully Purple", the yellow are painted with my new glitterwatercolours, then sprayed with Glimmermist "Snowqueen". After drying (boring! Could easily run out of chocolateggs to put inside, while waiting...) I put them together with brads.
I've also used Spellbinders Labels Fifteen (new, bought at Papirdesign :D), and Nellie's MultiFrame's MFD006 (new, that too). The edges on the diecut panels are brushed with DistressInk WalnutStain.
