Birthdaycard for a Footballboy

I never seem able to make up a little sortiment of birthdaycards for boys, to have ready when the birthdays come. I will try again this year - this is my first, and I have planned a few more already, so maybe I'll make it this year...
This (first) one is made as a joy-fold-card. I placed a magnet between the cardstock and the DP on the imagepanel and on the bottomoverlay to make it close better.
I have used an image from Motivet "Dexter with soccer ball" - it is such a long time since I've used these cuties, I'd almost forgotten I had them.
I coloured Dexter with ProMarkers (in our teamcolours :D), then, over the brown, furry bodyparts I put on some brown "Crushed Velvet" (bon bon flock from doodlebug design inc.)
I've tried to take a close-up of the image, I hope Dexters fur shows better here:
Because it is a card for a boy, I tried to avoid too much glitter, bling and stash, but a few rhinestones, in perfect colours for the card, cried to go with it - LOL
Inside the card I plan to use the black spaces on top for age and name of the birthdayboy (I have some leftoverscraps of the DPs used on the card, which I plan to cut letters and numbers out of with a cuttlebug-alphabet)
I used the same sketch, from Sunday Sketch and Stamp, on the middle part of the inside. On the lower part of the inside I made a pocket where we can put some money.

I'll enter this card into the following challenges:
Sunday Sketch & Stamp - Sketch
Joanna Sheen Challenges - Celebrations
Scrap'a'Long #12 - Anything Goes
Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge #166 - Anything Goes

A yellow cheer-up-springcard

I've tried to make a kind of cheer-up springtimecard.
I used a lot of yellowcolour on the card, as I think it is such a bright, good-feeling colour :D
And can you see how happy Dexter is, jumping up and down in a puddle, with a frog.
Disliking rainy days is maybe a grownup thing...
The quote "Det er etter regn at fuglene synger" (Birds are singing after rain) is from Bjørnstjerne Bjørnsons "En fallitt", and I think it gives a hope that everything will be better.
The stampimage is "Dexter in a puddle" from Motivet. I've coloured it with ProMarkers. Inspired by Papirdokkenes challengepicture I coloured Dexters boots red, and then glossed them with Glossyaccents - I'm not sure it'll show much in the picture, but in real it shows very well, a nice touch, I think ...
The redcoloured bow and the red stitching on the buttons are also an inspiration from that challenge :)
All frontside panels are sewn along the edges - the top layer was kind of hard for the needle to go through, but I made it... :)
While making this card I got a new borderpunch (Docrafts Xcut), and I had to use it right away - I already feel I'll be using it a lot :)
For inside panels I've used Spellbinders Labels Four.
The textstamp inside is from Inkadinkadoo (clearstamps 98842).
The card is made after I love ProMarkers last challengesketch, but unfortunately I didn't make it on time for that challenge -
but...

...I'll enter my (very yellow) card into these challenges:

My third christmascard in April

This is the third christmascard I've made this month - and with still some aprildays left I might make even more...
Also this is red and white. The image used here is from Motivet. I think this little boy is so cute - not able to sleep the night before christmas, leaving his bed going into the livingroom to check the stockings, and does he come at the right moment! Santa's coming down the chimney! (Of course he's coming down - the stockings aren't filled yet!) Aren't there many of us that have dreamt of being in such a scene...

The image is coloured with ProMarkers.
Textstamps are from Ladybug and Friends and Storyteller.
I've used dies from Nellie's Multiframe's (MFD007), and Spellbinders Petite Scalloped Circles Large and Contemporary Hearts.
As always (almost always) the cardstock used is Bazzill.
The DPs are mainly from my christmasscrapsbasket :)
I've also used lace and brads on the card.

Now I've put the card in a cellophaneenvelope and sealed it - and cleaned the glitter out of my room - one of the papers spread glitter everywhere!

Apart from being my third christmascard for Hjertebodens Juleblogg, I'll also enter these challenges:

Bah! Humbug! - Christmas stockings
