It is a lovely day, the sun is shining, it's no wind - maybe I'll find a little time sitting out in the sun as well today...

I got myself the Envelope Punch Board, and had to try it immediately. Searching the internet I found lots of fun stuff made with it. One of the things were a Gift card, and I decided to make one for the new challenge over at I ❤️ ProMarkers. It was great fun - and easy! You can find a tutorial for the gift card here.
My birthday card is kept in violet/ pink tones, suitable for a little girl, as is the image Kiki with Cupcake from Little Miss Muffet.
Of course the image is coloured with ProMarkers.

When you open the card a gift card holder slides out:

The bow on the card is also made with the Envelope Punch Board.

Good Morning, Everyone!
After some rather busy weeks I'm back in my craft room - I've of course been in my craft room, but haven't had much time for blogging. We've celebrated my daughters confirmation. A wonderful day, but I'm sure glad this was the last celebration of this kind!

Good Morning to you all this beautiful Wednesday morning.
I'm sorry for the long break (almost a month!), but finally I'm back with a new card for the new challenge over at

I ❤️ ProMarkers

Here's my Card, showing a "working man", a real handyman. I've used the digistamp called Handyman Dad from Kenny K.
Of course the image is coloured with ProMarkers. Around it I put on some Frantage.
The card is built up in layers, both paper- and cardstock edges are inked with DistressInk HickorySmoke. I couldn't put on too much embellishments on a masculine card, but I found a few toolcharms, a couple of "screw"brads and a few "rustic" looking eyelets.
Inside the card has a pocket with a tag, and a stamped sentiment.

Good Morning to you all,
I'm sorry I'm a bit late with my DT entry for this fortnights challenge over at
I ❤️ ProMarkers

It's busy days, although I have a few days off from work - last night I made fish cakes (finished very late), now I'm baking bread and knitting woolen socks (my son is engaged in fishing this winter, and fishermen need real woolen stockings, I'm told...)


Well, back to the challenge

I couldn't resist to use two of the stamps the DT got from Dr. Digi's House Of Stamps, so for this challenge I have two cards to show you :)
The first one is a christmas pocket card.

My second card is a birthday card in a kind of retro style
(a few years ago my daughter found a picture of a cassette and said I've seen these things in grandma's attic - LOL)
Doesn't the papers just fit perfect to the image??? I even managed to mirror the image before printing...

I hope you've all had a wonderful christmas holiday - I know I've had. Lots of lazy days spent with the family, doing most nothing - love such days!
Of course I have spent a little time crafting. A little cardmaking, coloring, some knitting and some tidying and organizing in my craft room - absolutely required!

My card this week is a birthday card for a boy.
I've used the image My Racing Car from The Paper Shelter
The new stuff I've used here is the DPs from Papirdesign, the Star dies and the drinking straw - oh, I love drinking straws!
The image is coloured with ProMarkers, around it I sprinkled on a little Frantage Chunky Black and Aged Silver. The Paper Edges are inked with DistressInk HickorySmoke.
Textstamps used are from Papirdesign and Storyteller.

I've used Buggin Drummer digi stamp from Kenny K, of course it's colored with ProMarkers.
I think these music dies is just about perfect for the image.
Inside the card I used a birthday greeting stamp from Storyteller.
For the card base I used Bazzill Kraft cardstock. I have no idea where the DPs are from, as I've had them for years...
