It is a lovely day, the sun is shining, it's no wind - maybe I'll find a little time sitting out in the sun as well today...

I got myself the Envelope Punch Board, and had to try it immediately. Searching the internet I found lots of fun stuff made with it. One of the things were a Gift card, and I decided to make one for the new challenge over at I ❤️ ProMarkers. It was great fun - and easy! You can find a tutorial for the gift card here.
My birthday card is kept in violet/ pink tones, suitable for a little girl, as is the image Kiki with Cupcake from Little Miss Muffet.
Of course the image is coloured with ProMarkers.

The bow on the card is also made with the Envelope Punch Board.

Christmas in July @ I ❤️ ProMarkers

Good Morning to you all.
Again we're embedded in fog at Røst.  We've barely seen blue sky the last days - at work most of the planes have just passed over us, most of the time I've just sent weather reports and knitted...
Only good thing about weather like this is that you can spend lots of time crafting :)

Here is my card for the Christmas in July challenge, in blue and white.
I've used die cuts, laces, cheesecloth, blue and white poinsettias, frantage, glitterstickles, pearls a little lace bow with two small bells attached. I "dotted on" a little white gesso randomly.
The image is colored with ProMarkers (and a little glitterstickles).
Dos are from Papirdesign. I've inked all edges with DistressInk (WalnutStain).

It's a wonderful day at Røst today. Sunshine and almost calm. It's cold, but as long as there's no wind I'm happy :)

I used the image Martial Arts Boy on my card, so again I have a Karate card. I used several star dies and the sentiment "Gratulerer" (Congratulations) is also made with a die. The image is of course coloured with ProMarkers. Around it I sprinkled on som Chunky Black Frantage. All paper edges are inked with DistressInk Walnut Stain.

Inside the card, I made a pocket with a card to write a personal greeting. It also has a stamped on greeting. And again I used a text die for an additional greeting.

Vintage Confirmation

Confirmation - this time of year again. And this year I had a confirmand myself.
May 15th was my daughter, Heddas, confirmation.

I love making card for confirmations, especially girls confirmations.
I've tried to make this in a vintage, shabby-like style. I've used laces, frantage, cheesecloth, seambindingribbon, a flower and a ribbon with printed confirmation text. I mounted the image on to a panel made with a die I think is from Spellbinders.
As base for the card I used Bazzill Kraft cardstock, finished size is 4"X6".

The inside is folded to make pocket for a gift card (or money) inside:

After some rather busy weeks I'm back in my craft room - I've of course been in my craft room, but haven't had much time for blogging. We've celebrated my daughters confirmation. A wonderful day, but I'm sure glad this was the last celebration of this kind!

I'm early up, trying my new washing machine, and it seems to work just perfect! Just using the spare machine the last couple of weeks has left a lot of clothes unwashed, and the laundry room in a terrible state. Whatever - being unable to do the laundry has just given me more time to make cards :)

I got the beautiful image Charming Spring Girl, and chose to use it on a confirmation card for a cute girl.
I used DPs from Papirdesign, lots of laces and ribbons. The image is colored with ProMarkers, and around it I sprinkled on a little Frantage (Shabby Green).
I used several dies and punches. Inside it has a stamped on little poem.
